What is the difference between H&R block's TaxCut2006 and TaxACT2006?

i like and i'm using H&RBlock TaxCut2006. then i just realized that TaxACT2006 is installed with the former. am wondering what's the difference between the two. am i at any point needed to use the latter? i thought the former is all i need to complete my taxes.

They are both good. The difference is who gets the money if you buy it. You probably don't care about that, so use whichever one you like :-).

Cost, and the "feel" of the program if you are one that doesn't just go directly to the forms.
