There are many reasons shy you feel tired during your period. The most common reason is that you are losing alot of blood during mestruation, and with the blood goes your iron. Also you have hormonal changes. There is a really good Iron supplement out there called Nutrilite Tri-Iron Folic. This iron contains a unique blend of iron from thre different sources, and is enhanced with vitamin C to increase absorbsion and folic acid to promote immune system support, because also with blood loss you lose part of you immune system. There is also one from Nutrilite called Primrose Plus that helps with PMS symptoms including fatigue. It contains GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) herbs in a scientific formula to support you during you menstrual cycle. Hope this helps!!!
Good Luck

you're tired because you're losing a lot of iron in the blood you shed. Eat iron-rich foods and you should be fine. If not, consult a doctor.
