If God does in fact exist, I would assume God would be an it. God is defined as immaterial and I personally doubt God would need a sexual identity since God creates, not reproduce. Of couse if people believe God does have a sexual identity, than perhaps there is a female Godess too. Ah, who knows.

God does not have a gender. He is above that. He is a Spirit.
When God created man and woman, he created man to be the stronger of the two physically, please ladies just physically, not mentally, I don't want to get into anything. Women are beautiful creatures and I think there wonderfully made, and man needs them in this life, well most do unless your one of the few called otherwise, my point is God created a certain natural order of things. That and that only is the reason he is referred to by the male gender, and why he came down to earth as a man. Because, of the way he created mankind.
In reality God has no gender.

Well as far as our society goes, men dominate. Back then everything was for men, he etc. And only because it was said in the book of Genesis that women commited a sin which was Eve ate the apple. Because of women, men are here to suffer. We know in this world that women were stomped on. Mary Magdalene was a woman who was telling girls and the people that God was considered a man yet it can also be considered as a woman. God is a man but he is also a woman. For she made the man, Adam, come to life.

The bible teaches us, that "GOD ALMIGHTY is a spirit and we shoud worship him in truth and in spirit"..Many books refer to our Creator as a "he" because he is more dominant than she..
God is not made of flesh and blood..The bible teaches us that flesh and blood cannot enter heaven..This is why after death, our flesh returns to the earth, and spirit goes back to GOD THE FATHER.
John 6:63 - It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
Send me an email..If you (or) anyone who is reading this, would like a copy of the prayer that Jesus left for us all which is found in luke 11:2 of the king james holy bible..

God is neither male nor female; we call him "He", because as humans, we have a deep need to be able to define things in terms we understand. God is not limited to any human form.

God doesn't have a gender because "it" is a spirit. They wrote He because women weren't important and it would be weird to put it
