At 7 weeks old they should be up walking around and playing...there is a defiante problem here and they need ot be taken to a vet.

I'd be taking them to the vet for blood tests.

I had a cat that gave kittens and they did the same thing. It was an autoimmune disease they were born with, like Leukemia. All 4 kittens had to be put down.

Could be distemper...distemper can affect the central nervous system and cause ataxia, which is muscle incoordination and myoclonius which is muscle twitching or spasms. A vet trip is in order.

At 7 weeks, they should be running around wrestling and trying to get ahold of whatever they can.

Get them to the vet A.S.A.P.
