Yes, because anything that is impure and can lead to sin is a sin. The bible says that if your hand causes you to sin, then it is better to cut it off than have your whole body thrown into hell and that if a man even looks lustfully at a woman, then he has commited adultery in is heart. You most likely wouldn't masturbate unless you were lusting after someone.

Depends on how your raised, I was raised in a family that I guess they thought touching your body was a sin...How they figured that our I am not sure...I am not saying it is a sin or it isn't, God gave us this body and we are to take care of it, as long as it is done the right way in God's plans..Going out and lusting is wrong for anyone, your flesh if your not careful will lead you wrong as well and that gets your mind to thinking just once why not..as for masturbating I know alot who has done it, I am not saying it is right or wrong..It maybe wrong cause that when your mind starts thinking and your flesh start yearning..These are just my thoughts on this....Blessinga to all

10 And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also...So even in the bible it talks about Masturbation. I think God gave us our body's to explore and get to know what we like and don't like... So yes it is a sin if you do it for the wrong reasons, but No i do not think it is a sin at all..
