find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
dont start eating that much wright away. up your calorie intake for about 100 every 2 weeks till you get to the wright amount of calories a day you need.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
you can get protein from dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, milk etc), soy products, beans, lentils, fish.
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Okay, yes, you will lose weight. If you need 1,500-2,000 calories a day, you will suddenly have a majour deficit, and your body will be forced to use its own reserves to give you energy and keep you alive. Starvation mode is partially a myth. Yes, your metabolism will slow down. No, you will not gain weight or randomly stop losing weight (if you're still at 600-800 calories). If you go over 600-800 calories, you will gain weight because your body will convert the extra calories to fat. If you STAY at 600-800 calories, you will continue losing because your body still needs to burn something to keep you alive. Anyway, I don't encourage this at all; eat healthy, exercise, and you'll be able to lose weight. However, if you're going to do this anyway, I want you to have the facts and know what's what.

600 calories a day is far from healthy. It is also unhealthy to cut fats completely from your diet, fats help your body store essential vitamins. Your dietary need for calories will very upon your height weight sex and exercise. You definitely need to increase your calories include complex carbohydrates and protein limit fats but do not avoid them completely. I know of no high protein fruits but beans and nuts contain protein. Nuts are also very useful with controlling your appetite even though they contain fats and are high in calories it takes only a few of them to curb your appetite and their benefits are worth their calories. getting plenty of exercise will also help with building muscle. you might want to talk to your Dr. or a nutritionist re: a good diet for you you also may need a check up to make sure you are okay after such a extreme diet sounds like you may have some anemia. Let's hope you don't have any organ damage. sounds like you need help setting up a proper diet. Also listen to your body it's trying to talk to you.

exercise and protein will build muscle and not fat. promise. 1800 calories a day is fine just do regular exercise. Say 3 times a week for an hour or so.
There are loads of ways to get protein without meat: nuts, seeds, tofu, (soy products) black beans, chickpeas, lentils, white beans, romano beans, yoghurt, cheese.
You'll be fine!

first of all eating 700 calories a day is not healthy, i am glad you got slim but that is not the way to go. you need to eat more. stick to 1,400 - 2000 calories a day depending you your activity level. you are right about protein by the way, you need more of that in your diet. egg whites are pure protein and the yolks contain lots of vitamins, so eats lots of eggs. beans, legumes, and asparagas have lots of protein as well. i dont know if you eat fish, but fish, shrimp, and crab have lots of protein and healthy omega-3 fatty acids that will help you. add more calcium to your diet as well. lowfat milk, yogurt, kefir, and cheese. pretty much look at the food pyramid study it and eat everything in moderation. workout as well, helps you gain the muscle you need.

Go bland. Plain, uncomplicated, unseasoned food such as smoked chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of all of them quickly, unlike salty moreish highly processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling on the pounds.
