Pardon my ignorance about drugs....?

Question

Got a mate who is texting me telling me that her fella is in a moob because he cannot get hold of any cannibis.....

I know this is not a good sign .. as he is obviously dependent..

please advise in more details why he is in a mood .. and please confirm that he has an addiction

Marijuana is not physically addictive, so unless he is depressed or in tons of pain in which marijuana can relieve, he is most likely not dependent. He is probably just craving it and is relying on others to supply him with it. Don't give them anything, because they'll end up using you for money and your friendship will be destroyed
