ask her out!! but don't pressure her, i used to be a shy girl and didn't know how to say no... if i liked a guy i would never be able to make eye contact!

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET PERSONAL!!! let her borrow your pencil and stuff first. if she knows that you're "hitting" on her, it might scare her if she doesn't like you. don't laugh or give her a big smile. just act like you notice her. things will come around. i had similar relations. count how many times you catch her looking or staring at you.and when she stares does she smile,or look away reallly quickly?does she always seem to be near you,even if she's not talking?hope this helps!
