I'm tired of playing mind games w/ guys...when they're going to call, when they want to get together. Is this true w/ all guys?

Not all, but enough of them. They play games because they can. If you don't like playing, stay away from the players, cos you can't change them, and if you try to, you will get even worse treatment than "playing" games, you'll get hurt.

Both sexes play mind games. Men don't sit around thinking: "What can I do to drive this girl crazy?" Most of the time we are just inconsiderate.
Personally there are times when days go by and I don't call a lady-friend. I've been accused of 'playing the game,' but the real reason is that it just doesn't cross my mind to call them. I have nothing to say, my day was standard and boring, nothing new to report since the last time we talked.

Some guys play mind games. Most of us are too dumb.

to some extent all men and women play mind games. the best advice for you is to eliminate the games by asking direct questions and being straight up with guys you date. alot of the game playing is a result of vagueness. vagueness in responsibilities or expectations. once you make those things clear, especially if you do it from the beginning, you will know alot more where you stand and will be able to better determine how serious a guy is. alot of women dont do that, they arent direct and they dont make their needs known. instead they expect guys to read minds. but guys are dumb about stuff like that and will simply, like most people, do as much as they can get away with. when you take control, demand what you want, and make your expectations clear fromt beginning you end up weeding out the big time game players.

I liked this guy in highschool. Tall, dark, and handsome, and he knows how to talk straight to your heart. One day, he'll tell me how pretty I am and says he likes me and wants to go out with me. The next day, he just wants to be friends. This went on back and forth for 2 years. Biggest crush I ever had turns out to be my first experience with what I call a E-peen Stroker. Guys like that do this for attention; it doesn't always have to be about the sex. And when he's done boosting his ego, he moves onto the next girl or puts you to the side until he needs his ego stroked again. He will NEVER understand how much pain he puts you through, and he will play this game as long as he wants. You have the power to stop it and tell him to f*ck off.

Mind games are like wayyyy different than them just not keeping up with their plans. I would recommend carrying on with your life if someone blows you off. When ever I make plans with someone, I always have a back up plan... and it never fails. If my guy decides not to call or show, that's ok, because either I am busy doing something else, while expecting a call... or After he said we'll hang out and he hasn't shown, I am heading out the door to hang out with my girlfriends.

I thought it was girls who play the mind games. If your guy is playing mind games, then he is not like the rest of us. Most guys I know (myself included) don't get understand that stuff.

No, this is not true. it seems a little sexist to me. anybody could play mind games, not just guys. Maybe you just meet the co-cksuckers! Stop trying to meet boyfriend material at the clubs.

why do girls pay mind games?

Seems like everybody plays mind games...don't single out the guys.

As a guy, it seems like women are, in general, much better at the game playing thing than men. Maybe you need to improve your playing level.
