There is a Sahajayoga Meditation group in Bay area. You may contact and visit the website www.bayyoga.org.

This is about a simple natural technique prophesized by the ancients, used since 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi to strengthen our roots and establish higher awareness, truth, balance, wisdom, love and compassion.

"You cannot know the meaning of your life unitl you are connected to the Powerthat created you"

The meditation classes are free
