I've been drinking a lot of soda and Gatorade lately, and it has been damaging my teeth because of all the sugar.
My dentist said I shouldn't drink anymore of that, so I'm wondering what some of the best brands of flavored water are. I hear Fruit 2o is, but I'd like some other opinions. Thanks.

nestle flavored waters are good.they have stawberry flavor,orange flavor,raspberry flavor and lemon flavor.i like the strawberry best.good luck. but really the best thing for your teeth is plain water or milk.

Fruit 20 is pretty good, in my oppinion. I always buy the Tropical Fruit flavor, or the Strawberry. Dasani makes some good flavors as well, and so does Aquafina.

Aw I'm obsessed with gatorade lol.
Um fruit2o is pretty nasty in my opinion but doesn't Arizona make something like that too? o.o

gatorade is the best flavored water. my fav. flavor is the fruit punch. viatamin water is also good.

i don't really have an opinion about the best flavored water, but just so you, i would drink it cold because its nasty if its not cold. =] lol.

the best kind of flavored water is dasani strawberry. i drink it everyday. but there's a couple of diff. flavors...but thats my favorite!

Actually Fiji water tastes great and doesn't have any flavorings.

just drink regular water from abottle that is artificial or distilled(i recommended aartificial water mostly).
