find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

okay, first, only eat when you are hungry. and eat slowly. it actually takes a while for your stomach to tell ur brain that u r full. i would also suggest doing crunches. u can start off slowly with only maybe 15 or 20 a day. i actually do 100 a day now because im so busy. if u dont want to do it everyday, do this at least 3 times a week. drink lots of water. this will clean u out and make your body think u are full and u wont eat as much. also, u wont get a ,lot of calories. good luck

first of all, u need to cut out all the junk food from ur diet. Drink plenty of water. eat fruits and veggies, avouid fried food.eat 5 little meals instead of 3 big ones. start by jogging or biking everyday for about an hour. Do sit-ups everyday, start with doing 50 then increase by 25 as u go on. after a week u can start doing 100 then take it ur own pace. The most important thing is to work out and eat healthy, remember to drink lots of water. If u get any results, email me!!! hope this helps!!!!!!!!!

Sit-ups, sit-ups, and more sit-ups.

Start with the easy ones, as many as you can do, a few minutes everyday. Try to increase the number gradually. This will develop the muscles on you stomach. It's really great to start those that young, because that will help your posture also, and maybe save you from a backache when you're older !

When you get stronger, you can try leg lifts (flat on your back, with your hands under your hips, you lift the legs straight without bending them at the knee).

I KNOW!!!! I go through the same thing! i have a flat and muscular tummy now though thanks to these exercises! first, do an altered crunch with your legs at a 90' angle in the air, like a sideways L. then lift up your head, with your legs still up, and count to 100. do about 5-10 sets of these. you should see some improvement in a week or so,(if you do them faithfully) it takes time depending on your bod. also, watch your diet (NO JUNK!), for saturated fat, and sugar, and carbohydrates. jogging and cardio will help too A LOT!!!! good luck!

You already said the key words "i'm only 12". Focus on school not trying to get a smaller stomach. Worry about your stomach after college when you gain the most weight anyway.

Enjoy your childhood - you'll have plenty of time to worry about a flat stomach in about 6 years. For now just enjoy being you, stay active and spend a lot of time outdoors..if you do that you'll be healthy which will help you immensly when you do have to worry about a tight tummy.

Since you are only 12 - if you are of a healthy weight, your stomach should be pretty flat already. If you are overweight, start eating healthier. IE - less junk food, soda, etc.

You're only 12! Stop worrying about your stomach, you have your whole life ahead of you to do that. Just focus on being young and having fun.

Just take a deep breath and push up the air in your stomach....and voila...you've got a stomach flatter than a football field....
