heres a link to the manual http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/KXTS15W.PDF

lift handset press program - mute indicator flashes
(if programing lower # press lower button, if programing upper # go to the next step)
press one of the one touch buttons
enter phone number upto 21 digits
press program
a beep sounds and the mute indicator light goes out
replace the hand set
repeat procedure to store other numbers
