I'm 23 yrs old, only 5'2'' and I'm really heavy. I break out like crazy on my chin and neck. I've tried weight watchers and just being on my own diets and nothing works much for me. I look disgusting that I feel like I don't want to go outside anymore. I don't feel beautiful at all. I've been heavy ever since I was 10yrs old. Can someone help me please. Any advice is welcome.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

You definitely need to break out of the cycle you're in. You're locking yourself up because you feel bad, and locking yourself up keeps you overweight, which makes you feel bad all over again. At some point, you're going to have to stand up and say, "I'm tired of this. I want something more..."

You can be beautiful. I'm sure you're already beautiful, but you just can't see it. So try to bring it out in yourself. Put on makeup every day, so you look your absoulte best, and always beleive that you can do better.

One word of advice. Don't keep yourself locked up in your house. I'm stuck here almost all the time with my baby and it does strange things to your mind. It's literally like being a caged animal, you start losing yourself. Please get out, even for just a few minutes a day.

Think about it. How long have you been telling yourself you're ugly? Months, years, even? If you had been sticking to a plan and getting healthy and happy instead of saying that every day, you wouldn't be where you are right now.

well you need to find something that works for you. and stick to it. It takes time to find what will work but always start by eating right and excerising. You can't lose weight unless you do those to things.
Have you tried ProActive for your face? I have never had that problem but do know people that have and do use it and it works great. Also drink lots of water, that helps your skin.
There is a great site on the web called My Food Diary and it is so helpful. I have lost 9.1 pounds in a month. Teaches you to do it right,

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling down. First I would pray about it, then I would consult with a dietician or your Dr. on suggestions. Might be a thyroid, metabolism issue. Try watching celebrity fit club, very inspiring. Maybe they have a web site with diet & exercise plans? Find a friend or family member who will be supportive in helping you. They can exercise with you as well as talk with you each day to monitor your eating habits, keep you in line if you have a weak moment. God Bless!

Please dont worry at all, almost every girl or woman is not satisfied with her figure or beauty, but we must accept ourselves us we are. I am also struggling with my weight for a long time ago and I have always my ups and downs because I love food and cannot deny it. I want to enjoy my life but of course when I see that I am getting heavy then I go on a mini diet and then everything gets normal - a bit:-)

here are some tips and a diet plan which helped me alot and I am sure it will help you too.

I am at the same age as you and I think even you can manage going to the gym at least 3 days a week or just put on a good music and dance for one hour. I will defenitely help you

The weights of each food are approximate. So try to make it small portions and be careful with their size!

Yogurt should be plain white low fat!!!

There is sometimes optional choice between Fruit yogurt or cottage cheese but make it both low fat!!!!

I am not sure mach about the sizes but yogurts and cottage cheese should be those small cups of around 3.5 or 4 oz not more!!!

Fruit and vegetables can be ANY kind of what you like depends on you…..you can make a mix salad

Ham should be chicken salami but very diet low fat!!!! Its like 5 thin slices one portion.

The time can be changed!!! For example if I wake up at 11, I just have the first meal and then just have another one after 3 hours.

If you are hungry don’t wait exactly for 3 hours, it is around 2-3 hours.

Whenever you are hungry have something really small but believe me if you stick to it, you will really loose a lot of weight!!!!

And the most important thing is drink a lot of water!!!!!! At least 8 glasses of water….

don't diet for about a week or two, take it back and relax. (but dont gorge on junk food either) during this time, for each day write down every food that you eat. copy down the food's calorie count, and figure the average number of calories that you eat daily. if you eat 3,000 or more, try a simple diet by eating 2500 calories a day. if you already eat 2500, then cut it back to 2000. and so forth. along with that take a walk for 30 minutes every day, or jump rope for 30 minutes (with breaks in between. jump roping wears you down fast) drink water, and green tea. cut out the pop. and also while on the actual diet - eat very little junk food.

It takes time, it might even be weeks before you see results on any diet. You have to be patient. That probably not what you want to hear but its true.
You also have to be patient when trying acne products. I got some a few weeks ago for blackheads and they just barely started clearing up now.

breaking out at your age means that you are eating way too much fat. Write a one day food dairy and see if I'm true.
I recently lost 15 lbs just by completely cutting down on sugar. I love chocolates, candies, cakes... but now I don't eat them anymore. it's simple, but hard. if you decide to cut down on sugar, keep in mind that alcohol, white rice, white bread, and white pasta also turn into sugar when you consume them. so no more of them also. good luck!
