Immodium, pepto hasn't worked. I ate a couple slices of plain bread and it didn't take well. I'm only having diarrhea, i'm not throwing up. It just won't go away. Any doctors on here or nurses or anyone..PLEASE HELP!!

Unfortunately, the virus has to run its course...there is no way to make it go away but you can try to recover faster by following these guidelines:
bedrest
drink lots of liquids
take ibuprofen or motrin for aches and fever (you can take every 4 hours as needed)

You might also want to follow the BRAT diet which should help a lot with your diarrhea:
bananas
rice
applesauce
tea
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration! That is very important.

As you can see, those food are are very bland. Do not add anything to "spice them up". They are bland to allow your intestinal tract to heal. I hope you feel better soon.
