I have LLC in Florida and I my accountant is saying that I must file the form 1120 (file as a C Corp) instead of filing the form 1065.
So, my question is if I can file a LLC as a C Corp.

No,,
it's time for a new accountant

if you are the only owner of the LLC, maybe the accountant meant or said to file on a Schedule C?? you file like a sole proprietorship if only one owner (no partners)

But Only a C Corp files an 1120

Yes, if that election was made last year or before.

PS....corp returns are due 3/15. You are already late.
