Wheel and axle - tape drive.
Pulley - tension on the tape.
Wedge- for the cards in the back-plane.
Lever-switches to program.
Screw- Screw to hold the cables.
Not sure about an inclined plane.

I believe the missing parts of the "machine" will be found in the card punch and reading hardware.

Great stacks of cards holding the program and data were set onto "inclined planes" to feed the card reader.

inclined plane -- the ramp you walked up to get into the computer room, because the computer was always sitting on raised floor panels.

This is a semi-facetious answer, but it's all I can come up with -- your teacher may like it.

some old computer like devices used gears to do simple algebraic calculations. Those where made a long time before the first computer.
