Ramon is his first name. Abella is his first last name (his fathers last name) and Qui is his second last name (his mothers last name).
In Spanish speaking countries (I am from Spain) people have a first name and two last names. For example: Jorge Fernandez Marin.
The fathers last name comes first, Fernandez; And the mothers last name comes last, Marin.

I hope this helps!

"QUI" isn't a word in Spanish, could be the abbreviation of something.
