Where does it say in the Bible that God is not going to interfere in our lives?

it does not say he wont interfere. it only says we have free will.

It doesn't. God has always interferred if that's what you want to call it. He provided for his people in the wilderness, he destroyed cities that were filled with sin...he tells us about our future. He sent Jesus. This could all be classified as interference with people's lives. Are you asking about free will perhaps? Two different things.
