i have seen a show where people used their third eye to figure out what happend in a speacil house . if they use their third eye exactly , some said there was killing in that house with the exact detail.
my question is how can you learn that with out being in that event or even nowing what went on?

Let me remind you of the fact that as children of God, we share all the qualities of omnipotence with God. The problem is that we do not realize these qualities.
With proper discipline and the right training, you too can develop a lot of things that will make what you are describing child's play.

You need to learn to meditate and quite your mind.
If you have a spiritualist church near you, go there. They are normally very happy to help.
You need to find someone who has that gift and is willing to train you.
BE WARNED not only is it NOT easy sometimes the things you "see" can be VERY unpleasant!

You mean their brown eye? Thats an out hole (most times), and you can't see anything with it.
