Hi I wouldnt go bigger but maybe a breast Lift or in my case being a big girl a breast redution as I am small and it looks odd being this big. But if you have the money to get this done go ahead, you should do to your body what you want to.

Don't do it mine are 36dd and they kill my back, my friend had hers done and they only stay hard for a month then they go soft to look more real, also you would need them re-done in 4 years time it's not worth it as your boob's are a good size as some girls don't have any at all, also you hear these storey's that they go wrong.

well if you did get the implants, they would be very firm, but also very heavy, therefor in the long run they will drop and loose firmness even more. if go for a lift.

Oh boy...I would not recommend altering yourself. You are a good size already. And, once you start having children...you'll get your extra and then some. Keep that in mind.

I would just get a lift on them, I don't think they need to be bigger.

down grade those monsters, LOL.

But seriously, get them reduced then lifted. sometimes they put a smaller implant in to shape them up.. keep in mind though if you go bigger it will eventually take its toll on your back and shoulders..

Oh gosh please don't go bigger than a D cup. Any bigger would strain your back, neck, and shoulders.

If anything, go for a breast lift.

Enhance them naturally, work the pectoral muscles under- neath and they should firm up.

you could try a bra with really good support, so they would appear firm.
