Closure is your problem not his.
You are thinking like a girl and not a guy, that doesn't work if you want to know what a guy thinks. Yes he could have loved you, that however doesn't mean he can't forget you when it's over. In men, the two are not connected. They don't live in misery for months after a relationship is over, they need to move on to the next girl. They are not looking for "closure".
When the next girl comes along, you are nothing more than a distant memory.

You never forget someone that you love. You might do what you have to do to get over them and move on, but you don't forget that person. If he really loved you then I'm sure he hasn't forgotten you. I guess it depends on how long you were together and how your relationship was when things were good, but my guess is if he really loved you then when you broke up he was very hurt and now he is just trying to move on with his life. If you want closure you are probably only going to get it from him.

It's over-simplifying to say that he never loved you. He may well have THOUGHT he did. And he may HAVE actually loved you... to the capacity in which he was able at the time.
I know it hurts. But when it's over... it's usually over and you have to move on. You may never get the official closure you're looking for. But chalk it up to living, loving and learning. You're a bigger and better person now for it.
Best of everything to you....

I dont think if you ever really loved someone you could forget them so quickly so he must not really cared about you as much as he said.. sorry and good luck with the healing... you might try dating a new guy at least it gets your mind of things and makes it easier to move on... dont dwell on it keep living and good luck!

best to just start dating again and again and again. keep on dating. meet guys and see what they are like before you fall for one. no such thing as closure in love. one part end 2nd part start.

Then he never loved you. Hope you didn't have sex with him because more than likely that's all he wanted from you.
