It is almost impossible to live with tinnitus but you don't have to. If you are hearing the noises, whether all the time or intermittently, you must seek treatment immediately. But sadly, conventional treatments only treat the symptoms of tinnitus and may provide temporary relief at best.
The only way you could ever get rid of your tinnitus for good is by following the holistic approach to healing. By using a multidimensional treatment for tinnitus, we are tackling all tinnitus causative factors and eliminating these triggering elements from the root. This is the only path for permanent freedom from tinnitus.

Well, I don't believe hearing aids are any big deal, not a turn off OR a turn on, they're meant to aid in your hearing, just as glasses help eyesight and braces straighten teeth. If you need them, then you need them!! Don't worry about it, and flaunt your other sexy aspects without stressing!!
P.S. there is that added benefit of being able to turn people down lol, I'm sure my husband wishes he could do that with me sometimes!!

You gotta think about accessories! Some glitter here and diamonds there and your hearing aids will look great. Actually you don't want girls to think your playing for the other side. Hmm Wouldn't that be a cool programme, two stylish people could like personalise people's hearing aids! It be like that one with the gay guys and the straight guy! (If anyone wants to take that idea and make into a programme-check with me I want a cut)

I'm 25, male, and wear two hearing aids, and well not to toot my own horn but I am dead sexy!! In fact just this morning I had to chase away a screaming flock of teenage girls that was chasing me down the street, OK, so maybe they were chasing me because I tried to rob them... Just kidding! Honestly, it is much more attractive to accept yourself for who you truly are, hearing loss or not then to constantly have to ask a girl to repeat herself.

I think if asked outright like this...then probably not sexy.
However women tend to connect with a man for the way he makes her feel...not so much for how he looks. So...I would suggest that you make 'friends' first with anyone you like. Be with them, get to know what makes them tick. Then you have the same chance as anyone else. One point- if you feel sorry for yourself , that is a huge turn off. A man who has confidence in who he is - no matter how he looks- is always SEXY.
Good luck.

You know I would not care. If I liked him and he was a nice person I would date a man with hearing aids, or whatever. It isn't really any different than glasses as far as I'm concerned.

It depends, if he is attractive himself, then fine. You need to look past the hearing aids, and see whether he is a nice man in himself - having a great personaloty makes up for what else they lack in looks.
In general though, i would find it a turn off if i was judging purely on looks, but i would need to get to know him first.

my husband has menieres disease and sometimes wears a hearing aid, he's a good looking guy and wears it with confidence, i think he's gorgeous and it has never bothered me or him, hold your head up high, the right girl wont care about a hearing aid and if people are cruel they are not worth it! good luck and hope you find a lovely person who makes you very happy.

It depends. If you have to wear hearing aids, you want to make sure you have some that are small enough that your ear can obscure the device. If you have one of those old gaudy hearing aids that your grandfather wears, then it can't be too sexy.
It is partly about dressing for success for dating. One of the rules is to dress where you are detracting from your physical flaws. Try dressing in nice clothes where she be less prone to look at your ears where listening devices may reside.
