I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport that is missing the emblem on the glove compartment. Can anyone tell me which emblem it is? (Jeep, Cherokee, Sport or 4x4?) I have searched all over the net trying to find a picture, but I guess no one thinks that a picture of the glove box is of any importance. LoL

It would be the Jeep Logo that's missing.

I don't have an emblem on the glove box of my '98. But that doesn't mean you are not missing one, because the design did change from '96 to '98. Check out www.cardomain.com. There's plenty of pictures on that site . I think I will put a Jeep emblem on my glove box just for looks.

No, maximum SUVs get detrimental gas mileage. in case you like an SUV with extra efficient gas mileage, you will get a motor vehicle-based SUV, no longer some thing truck-based. The Toyota Rav4 and Honda CR-V truthfully get 25+ mpg on the line. Thats lots extra efficient then an Liberty or Cherokee.

Ya know, I think it just says "Jeep", but since I am not looking at it right now, I can't be too certain. I will get back to ya on that.
