Who are illegal in this Country?

Not Americans, not Whites, not Indians, Not Hispanics, Not Blacks. None of us.

One day we will ALL Die, the Land will still be there.

Now Granted, on a Human, PRACTICAL level, I guess we do need to have Countries and laws, and yes, even decide for the good of Society who can and can't be here.

And if a 9-11 Hijacker is Granted a Visa and someone who has been here since before they could even walk or talk CAN'T get one, then I say those laws are what we are failing MISERABLY at.

Illegal as in an immigrant who is illegal is deemed so because they broke the law in order to get here. I know people hate to see it but when you break the law, you are a criminal. Now about the native americans, sure they were here first. If the native americans were a country with borders and police and laws, then we would not be having this conversation unless it were in french or something.

The idea that only "Native American" have the right to oppose immigration to the United States ignores the concept of "nation."
There was no such thing as the political entity known as the the United States until the Founders created it in 1776.
Furthermore, there are not grades of citizenship. One is either a citizen of this country, or one is not. We are not more or less citizens of the United States based on the number of generations preceding us on these shores.

And, particularly, we are not more or less citizens of this country based on our skin color or ethnicity.

Since everyone in the world has ancestors who immigrated from somewhere else, the immigration history of one's ancestors is probably not relevant to the formulation of wise public policy.
I am a native born legal American. The so called Indians (they did not call themselves that ) migrated to this country from other Continents.
So we are all from somewhere else originally.

Well, the term illegal implies the breaking of a law. The Native Americans did not belive in making laws over the land and nature. Neither did they claim ownership of it.
So, Europeans did not actually break any laws as far as immigrating.
Treaties were indeed signed, but this was entirely for the benefit of the Europeans to make themselves feel legitamate. In almost every case, the Indians did not know what they were signing and were decieved as to what they were doing.
So if you want to talk strictly in legalities, then Americans are indeed here legally.
If you want to talk morality, or ethically, then we could go another route entirely.

As a side note though. The real question is this:
By what authority does anyone have in making laws to govern or control something which they had no part in creating? You may have the force required to maintain your claim of such, but does that give you the right?

Your question answers itself. Illegal just means against the law, so anyone who was not born here, or does not have a green card, or a work visit is here illegally in this country. Notice no race, gender, or ethnicity was included why? Because the law and justice are supposed to be blind to that type of prejudice.

Believe it or not Native Americans were not Native to America, instead they migrated arguably over the bering strait land bridge roughly over 10,000 years ago.

You're making an absurd point here. No people on this planet haven't been involved in a migration at some point and they are almost always bloody.

Should the Brittish leave Britain? The Normans took it from the Saxons. The Saxons took it from the Celts. The Celts took it from the Picts...

This is something entirely different however. What we are talking about here is not a territorial conquest.

The rich want to bring back slavery. (not using the name slave doesn't change the condition) They do this by pitting poor people against each other, screwing ALL of them in doing so.

While, as a working class person, I have nothing but sympathy for people in other countries wanting to improve their lot, THEY HAVE NO JUSTIFICATION for breaking into my home, stealing from me, then explain it away it by saying I'm lazy. I assure you I am not.

This is exactly what the current crop of illegals are doing. There are no jobs Americans won't do, we just want a living wage for our blood and sweat. There's a name for people who take other people's jobs, driving them into poverty: SCABS, and they are the lowest form of filth on the planet.

Illegal aliens are ILLEGAL. The REAL Native Americans are RED not brown. Native Americans don't have to immigrate to the USA. We are ALREADY HERE. Spanish is not our native language. Latin is not our ethnic culture.

first of all pork chops, it isnt the native americans land they emigrated to the americas also, remember they crossed the bering strait, that makes them immigrants too. the same thing with european settlers in the americas they have the right to establish a society as native americans did, there were no immigration laws back then so european sttlers are not considered illegal, our ancestors treated them terribly but thats history and lets hope it doesnt repeat itself. thank you and have a pleasant rest of your day

Can you point to any immigration laws the Natives had? Did the Natives take any measures to curb any sort of illegal immigration? If you feel the Natives own this land what arrangements have you made to go through their immigration process ?

When my ancestors came (following the letter of the law, by the way), the United States was already an established nation. And, I was born on this land, so I have a right to be here, too.

But yeah...well I was born on earth so I should have the right to walk and go wherever I want to on this planet...unfortunately people kill, abuse, and steal for land and now every little piece 'belongs' to the ones who stole it last....it's like history doesn't even matter. Sad but true.
