Many of the cities, towns, wells, mountains, rivers, etc mentioned in the Bible are still here.
Many archaeologists have explored the land of Palestine. Has any one of those scientists ever discovered anything which disproves the Bible? No. Many archaeological discoveries have confirmed the Biblical record.
There are also many scientific facts in the Bible that were not known by man until many years after the Bible was written
For example...
In the book of Job, the inspired writer in one verse reveals two scientific principles not known to man until much later. "He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth on nothing" (Job. 26:7). There is a place in the North where no stars exist , which cannot be seen with the naked eye. How did the writer of Job know this? Also, the same verse declares that God hangs the earth on nothing. We know this is true, but we have only known it for about 350 years. God's inspired writer told us over 3000 years ago that the earth is held in place by gravitational forces!

None of the `miracle and magic` can be proven, although there are natural explanations to all of them. There are many mistakes, provable historical mistakes, faulty interpretation , and willful deception, a whole book load of errors ! Biblehelp..... Josephus is NOT a Bible character, his references to Alexander were 350 years AFTER the event and are dubious.

All it proves is that primitive men wrote a bunch of silly fables. I can't help but laugh at the moronic Christians that actually sit there and say that archeology or science proves the bible. HA!Have they ever actually read a book in their lives? I am an ex- youth pastor and Sunday school teacher. Trust me, nothing is the bible is 'proven', it is a 100% faith. Where is the 'proof' of talking donkeys, unicorns, angels, demons, Noah's Ark, zombies etc...

Yes. Jerusalem existed.
Seriously, some of the history seems to be as accurate as other ancient histories (which is to say there's a bit of exaggeration). The closer you get to 33 CE, the more you come across historical (non miraculous) events that can be verified or that seem to be reasonable.
Then again, to put it in perspective, Homer's Iliad and Odyssey turned out to have a great deal of history in them. That doesn't say anything about the historical nature of Zeus or the divine nature of Achilles, however.

Yes, some things have been proven, not miracles, but people who lived and such.
Some of the more "magnificent" stories have also been found to be possible fish stories based on others, such as Noah's ark.
Take a look at this:

I readily admit that I cannot prove that Jesus' death was for my sins, for example; God had to give me the faith that this was the case.
Something, however, that I CAN prove....
The Bible says that God has the ability to give people "new hearts" (a renewed mind). The beneficial, abrupt change in my life at the age of twenty-four as a result of God giving me his Spirit is proof to me, at least, that the God of the Bible is real!

Well, yes. There is the testomony of the Jewish historian Josephus, who states that the prophecies of Daniel were shown to Alexander the Great when he entered Jerusalem. This occurred in about 332 B.C. more than 150 years before the Maccabean period. Josephus says of the event: "When the book of Daniel was shown to him, in which he had declared that one of the Greeks would destroy the empire of the Persians, he believed himself to be the one indicated." History also recounts that Alexander bestowed great favors on the Jews, and this is believed to have been because of what Daniel said about him in prophecy.

I find the concept of faith today interesting today if you make any claim about miracles no one will believe unless you can show indisputable proof. People in the past just have to say things happen and most people accept it without any real evidence but faith.
