No sites that I know of... just watch the Simpson's and the Italian Guy who... how you say... ah, speaks a da broken Italian. (also, use your hands as you read this answer!)

go back to when you were a child, let your tongue develop with an Italian foundation, then learn English- or just fake it by playing Mario Brothers Games 24 freakin' 7

also use the word Mama and Papa a lot, withthe accent on mAma, PApa, generally the first syllable is pronounced looooong
