I love to read the Psalms.
Proverbs 3:5-6 has been a favorite scripture of mine for years.
Jeremiah 29:11 I keep it in my desk
Isaiah
Romans
I really enjoy the New Testament and I use a study Bible which really helps break down each Scripture.

The entire Bible. Everytime I open it to a new passage, I get fed.
My favorite Scripture is Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "Plans for good and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."
I am currently studying Romans.
For comfort and love, I read James (who is the half brother of Jesus.)
For pleasure, I am slowing reading through the Old Testament. Beautiful stories of mankind.

John is a good one. He(Jesus) really kicks some pharisee butt, and demonstrates his divinity. Psalms is also great. There is pretty much a verse for how ever you are feeling. Down in the pits or just praising God for being alive.

I love reading the Bible.
It's too hard to choose, but I would have to say John.
Especially John 17. Jesus prays for Himself, His Disciples and for all Believers.

I have two special verses.
Gen. 1:1 and John 3:16. They are the basis for everything else I believe.

My favorite OT book is Job, just because I like poetry. Ummm...my favorite Gospel is Mark. He's such an ironic writer. I love it. I also like Romans, because it's the groundworks of Christianity.

1 Th 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first.
1 Th 4:17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord.
1 Th 4:18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.
Are you comforted?
