If you are proposing a title, then it should be in the form of a statement. For a problem/question type - then yours look fine.

I think the last one sounds better ....its sound better to me but you might have to change some grammer... it should be: WHAT TYPES OF SUBSTANCES MELT ALUMINUM FOIL?
