I'm pretty sure that the Mongolian Throat Singers, who can sing in two different pitches simultaneously, could do it.

Like in unison? That would be no. But you can change pitch throughout the belch. Try starting with the scales...do re mi so fa la ti da!

I think you can.
some people can speak in two different voice levels at the same time.
Very few that is.

different pitches definitely, but can't at the same time, you let out air/breath once at a time, not twice
