I would imagine if God Sneezed it would be similar to a quasar ... in which case, all of earth would be fried instantly, so I wouldn't have a chance to respond.

1. The Awesome Trancendant Power of His Holy Majesty, Our Lord Father, God, Ruler of Heaven and Earth, etc.'s sneeze, if you witnessed it, would explode your brain in your head and your heart in your chest, which was Our Lord God's intention, so no one would ever have to say, "bless yourself," or some other such rediculous thing.
2. God never sneezes. He sees it as being "un-deity-ish."
3. He sees your impulse to profane the divine as being one of His best programming features.
