There is a pick-your-own farm in Davis, on Covell west of highway 113. Don't know if they have strawberries though, they are much more common down in the Gilroy/Watsonville area.

Person above me is correct. The place in Foresthill is a nice area, outside of town, a drive in the country to get to it. It doubles as a christmas tree farm in the winter. I would call them ahead of time, though, to make sure the road is passable because it does snow up there too.
