i just realize i'm outta olive oil but i have a large bottle of corn oil...i don't even know what it is! but can i use it in place of EVOO? i'm making baked penne and italian sausage....

Absolutely you can...It is not as good of an oil but you can use it. It is not as light as olive oil either...it will do though!

Yes you can. I had to do that a couple of weeks ago, I was making fried chicken, and I usually use olive oil, but I was totally out and all I had was corn oil as well. It turned out fine.

Sure you can. You mostly want olive oil for the flavor as well as the fact that it is healthy for you....but, corn oil is also a good oil. You can use them interchangeably !

They are both pretty neutral. It will work.
