1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c bisquick mix
2 c milk
2 eggs
Heat oven to 400 and spray or grease a 9" pie pan. Brown beef wi onion, drain stir in salt. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingred with a fork in a bowl until blended and pour into pie pan. Bake 25 minutes or until center comes out clean. Makes a serving for 4-6

CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. barbeque sauce or ketchup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Worcestershire sauce and oregano to taste
1 can biscuits
Brown meat and onion in pan. Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, barbeque sauce and stir well. Sprinkle oregano over mixture. Heat. Pour mixture in dish. Top with grated cheese and biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.
