Please help I Need help with the steps of a reunion, out of our living area

There are actually web sites that outline these steps. There are many things you can do but planning is the first best thing!

1. You already chose the location, so, Send out a flyer about the event and ask for suggestion day(s) and time.

2. Hold a family reunion meeting inviting any who are able to volunteer time and footwork to help with the reunion event plans. At the meeting discuss family reunion activities. If you are planning a reunion you would need names, complete addresses, phone numbers, www.mapquest.com for maps. OR maybe a list of fellow students that were in class with you, Then get maps and then call to make sure to give you the correct address, then write the letter on computer with maps, and then send them out to everyone that your inviting. It is easier to plan at a park or somewhere big and less expensive. Then that way the mess will be reduced and everyone can help you to clean up especially when it comes to family then that is always a plus. They will help!! Or maybe even a hall or big room of some sort. Call the county that you live in and see if you have any parks or facilities that will rent out space for the reunion.

My best advice is to read,brainstorm,and budget and prepare for in-laws ,exfamilies, because it is a hard working and rewarding big job so everyone is different.
