It is not possible to 'unlock' any Freeview boxes. They are not locked or restricted like satellite and cable boxes.
Whatever channels are freely available, is all you can get. Simple as...

Freeview boxes don't unlock to get more channels. If you want extra channels, you may need a stronger aerial. Other than that, you can pay extra to get Top-Up TV for a monthly fee. That's assuming that your Freeview box is compatible with Top-Up, TV, i.e. that it has a slot for a Top-Up card. What channels do you want that your Freeview box can't pick up?
