Oral sex rarely causes STDs -- very rarely unless you have open sores in your mouth, bad gum disease, or whatever.
Go talk to the school nurse quickly, let her look in your mouth, and believe her if she says you have very little to worry about.
As for telling your mom -- that depends on your relationship with her.
