Use a compression utility like WinZip or WinRAR, or right-click on the folder and click Send To => Compressed Folder, and the resulting file will contain all files and folders in the same hierarchical structure.

You can not send an entire folder. But you can use a program like Winzip (or the build in Zip program in XP) to compress the folder into a single file. You e-mail that single file, and when the receiver un-zips it, all the directories, etc, will be restored.

If you are not familiar with using a "zip" program, look in the Windows help for "zipped folders".

Use PKzip or WinZip to zip the folder and all of its contents (including subfolders). Then you can send this .zip file. The recipient unzips the file and all files and subfolders are restored.

Type in the email address who your wanting to send to...go into attach or add files...search for the folder your wanting to send. If it is a large folder...you might need to compress it first.
