You should always order more than you really need when having a function like this. I say about six or seven large pizzas because if there is 60 people, then if the pizzas are cut into 5 or more slices, you will have more than 60 slices to feed somebody. The average person will eat at least 2 to 3 slices. Plus, you get left overs for those late night cravings!

Each person will eat between 2 and 3 slices give or take a few. Each large pizza has about 12 slices. Extra large pizzas have more like 16. So, figure on feeding 4 people per large pizza. 15 pizzas should do it, but I'd also have salad and chips and dip to go along with it.

Figure minimally 2 slices per person, 3 is great and 4 abundant. Depends on your budget.

Some x-large pizzas have 16 slices. Order by the number of slices. Get coupons online from your local pizza people. Also some Grocery stores w deli give promotional prices for work functions.
