Heres whats up in one big long breathless sentance:

im joining the army in two months I dont do much running I just had tonsel surgery and im healing and I also had a stress fracture on my foot but in 2 weeks when everythings healed im going to start running as I need to be able to run 5km in 20 minutes or less for the army several people reccommended that.

1st week after I recover:
1km runs, every other day

2nd week after I recover:
1km runs, every day

3rd week and beyond:
to and from school (5.3km) every morning and evening(most every day) starting out slowly with walking intervals as much as I can handle

My goal: by july I can run 5.3km in 20 minutes.

Possible? Too fast? suggestions?

Getting up to the 5K is easy enough. Its more the stress fracture that might hold you back. Foot injuries and a sport like running dont mix well. Sounds painful.

20 minutes is pretty quick. You may or may not be able to get there from where you are now. That depends on a lot of other factors.

Your plan looks fine though.

I suggest you get all of the rest you can get now because once you hit boot camp, you won't have a problem running. I guarantee it. Godlovya. Have a Snickers or something, Dude.
