I hate to say it but you have to play the "game".
To get a grown man's attention (later in your life not at 15) you pretend to not be interested.
Personally I hate games! However that is the answer. You act as if they do not mean anything to you. That gets a guys attention fast.
Most people want what they cannot have. I have no idea why this is.
Sad isn't it?

Just make friends with him. Let him know you are interested in the same things as he is, and give him innocent flattery. He will do the rest.
If that doens't work, just ask him out. Guys love it when a girl asks them on a date.

show him that you want his attention, start up a conversation with him, miminal body movements, keep the conversation on the same track, and dont seem nervous

Talk to him. Make eye contact then blush and turn away w/ a smile on. He notice you pretty quick.

Guys aren't as scary as you think they are at 15....TRUST ME! guys are like....hummmm how can i put this? CATTLE, they can easily be hearded to where you need them to go, but they are easily discracted by things that are shiny.....lol
Oh and at 15....they are at the peak of their hornyness....so you could look at em and they'd get excited
