my mother is 72 years old,3 days back she had a minor stroke now left side is very very weak speech not clear

she was hospitalised within 4 hours of seeing the first symptoms ,ie:unable to balance her body , left side went very weak just short of paralysis,speech not clear as before. had skull scan ,absolutey normal.even after 3days treatment by physicion, no marked improvement.doctor said;minor stroke.memory is fine .shape of face not normal.what course i should follow.whether the effects are reversible

She needs to get physical therapy and speech therapy to help her regain as much function as she can. Talk to her doctor about rehab programs that are available.
