my mother is 72 years old,3 days back she had a minor stroke now left side is very very weak speech not clear

she was hospitalised within 4 hours of seeing the first symptoms ,ie:unable to balance her body , left side went very weak just short of paralysis,speech not clear as before. had skull scan ,absolutey normal.even after 3days treatment by physicion, no marked improvement.doctor said;minor stroke.memory is fine .shape of face not normal.what course i should follow.whether the effects are reversible

I am not sure if I can answer your question, well, your mom is 72 years old. Did they tell you why her face was not normal? If she stays by herself, you might need a nurse, to come to her house.
