The delay portion doesn't work. Do I have to replace the motor or is there a delay circuit that can be replaced?

The wiring diagram I have for my '95 Grand Cherokee (applies to '93-'95 models) indicates that there is an intermittent wiper module in the wiring circuit somewhere. Unfortunately, wiring diagrams don't show WHERE they are located in the body of the car. However, given the location of the wiper motor and the steering column wiper controls, I'd venture that a good place to start would be a physical trace of wires coming out of the harness on your steering column base. Good luck !
