I am in a wedding as a bridesmaid in a week and the dress is strapless. I had some unwanted tan lines for the dress so I have been going to a tanning bed to even it out a little. However, my back is getting way more color from the "sun" than the front. What can I do to help even it out? I know I can't lay on my stomach in the bed so how do I fix it? Any help at all would be appreciated.

The nature of the beast, so to speak, is that your back and your stomach are going to be more tan than other parts of your body. You're going to have to try to flip over onto your stomach and not do all of your time on your back ... another thing you could try to do is use a stand up model instead of a bed model. You might get a more even tan that way. You could also try a spray tan for your shoulders, since that is your problem spot ... do it in enough time that it can be fixed in case of any mess ups. if you don't want to risk it by applying it yourself, there are tanning spas which offer a spray on tanning booth (known as mystic) or an airbrush tan which is applied by a professional, by hand. Both produce FABULOUS results as long as you follow the instructions.

whoa....... a million. you will likely get a transformation after one bypass to, purely be certain you do no longer bypass in too long and get burnt! 2. i might say around 5-7 visits reckoning on the capability of the bulbs on the tanner you are going to. 3. Tanning beds provide you a matching tan. 4. i might continuously tan interior the sunlight if I had time! you could continuously do the two. 5. Tans from a mattress final a whilst as quickly as you have been often going i might say some week in the previous you're going lower back to favourite. 6. no longer something truly happens once you tan in the two place different than that it truly is going to somewhat will positioned on off or in case you get burnt it truly is going to peel off. Thats why you will possibly desire to bypass particularly often and for ideal quantities of time.

You should find a place that has stand-up beds. They are in a circular shape so that it doesn't miss any spots. I don't know where you are located, but Hollywood Tans are spread all over the country and they normally have these beds.
See if there is one by you http://hollywoodtan.reachlocal.net/findhollywoodtans.html Or call around and see which salons in your area offer this. They are soooo much better! Best of luck!

Before you lay on the tanning bed, put towels down to block the light hitting your back, then you'll get more on the front, than the back.
OR. if the salon doesn't like you doing that (or if the towels get too hot), just use an SPF 8 -15 Sun Block on your back.

Go to a new tanning salon. They have the back bulbs too strong and the front bulbs too weak. Or, try one of the stand-up booths. Also, try putting tanning lotion on your front but not your back.

go to your tanning bed place and ask the person there what they may suggest. maybe they have a self tanner that might help even you out.

you could try and put a bronzer on the front of your body... or go in a stand up bed...
