Some do, some don't. But the main thing that needs to show when it's reported is "current", "paid", or "paid as agreed". You could have a unsecured platyinum card, but if you haven't been keeping up with the payments, it wouldn't be worth anything. So make sure that you continue to pay on time every month and don't max it out!!!!

My secured card is from Orchard Bank and it does not show up as secured on my credit report. I am not sure if they are all like that or not.

When I had secured credit cards, they did not show up as secured.

No. It just shows up as and current/paid or paying as agreed/30 days late/more than 30 days late, etc.
