She lives in a place called Farmville(middle of nowhere) and it happened yesterday while she was sleeping. She woke up and her leg was hot so she took off the covers and found the back of her knee was swollen. She went to take a shower then walked around looking for something that could've bitten her and couldn't find anything so she did her homework(she is in college). Someone looked at it and said they saw fang marks in the bite on her knee.

She went to her college's health clinic and they just gave her pills that knocked her out and we're not sure if they are helping much.

The next day, it got bigger all on the back of her knee and turned yellow. It must have poison in it or something.

Any ideas on what it could be or how to cure it please?

You'd know a black window bite because it would easily be the most painful thing you've ever experienced.

Brown recluse fits better. The flesh will probably become necrotic (dead) and turn black eventually, leaving a pretty big hole in the tissue.

Its probably a spider, if its in the US, I'd guess either a black widow or a brown recluse. If it doesn't improve after a day a two go to a real doc or the ER where you are guaranteed treatment.

She should go to an off-campus doctor. It sounds like a spider bite. A spider bite can take months to heal and goes thru various stages of bruising and discoloration.

You'd better bring her to better doctor, probably you need a doctor who has experience in handling such case (specialist?). You can bring her to a hospital. Perhaps you can ask a veterinarian also.

Take a quick action, before her condition getting worse and everything becoming too late.

It does sound like a brown recluse - not life threatening, but can do serious damage. Go to the nearest emergency room.
