I'm so upset!!! He said it was totally innocent and needed to use the bathroom and couldn't wait. So he went ahead and told her he was coming into pee and she was okay with it. I think its totally inappropriate but they both seem to be okay with it. Am I being irrational????

That's the trouble with only having one bathroom! Unless you wanted him to do it off the balcony or in the kitchen sink, I think you'll just have to deal with it.

Apparently I'm the only one confused with how you have a boyfriend AND a girlfriend. You should be grateful both of them are ok with THAT and not worry about what they do in the bathroom together.

What would you have preferred? Her jump out of the shower, run into the bedroom, so that he could go pee? Or for him to go next door and ask to use the neighbors? Come on!

The guy needed to go. He politely asked. She said ok. Obviously if the 2 people who might have had their privacy/modesty infringed upon are ok with it, then yes you are being irrational to cause a problem over it.

I would never do that. I think it is inappropriate. However, I guess if my roommate's boyfriend asked to come in, I would say yes to be polite, but I wouldn't like it. You are NOT irrational.

I don't see it as appropriate either! When the bathroom is occupado and my honey has to go, he finds a tree.

Not appropriate. Gauche, but not mailicious. I would (calmly, nonconfrentationally) tell your boyfriend that this bothered you and to please not to do it again. If he's any kind of boyfriend he'll respect your wishes.
