Actually, because of a quirk in the calendar it's April 17th this year. And yes I have, just about breaking even after paying the accountant $150. That is a net loss, as I never take itemized deductions.

I spent too many March nights (it used to be March 15) watching my parents paw through a bucket of receipts deciding if a 10-cent icecream cone bought at a pharmacy might count as a medical expense.

Rich people have accountants to decide these issues.

National sales tax and 13-cent icecream cones! I reckon that's not that much as a slogan.
