Baby is reacting to dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, nuts, fish, corn, black beans, bananas, tomatoes, potatoes & citrus. (aarghhh!)
Chicken & turkey are ok. Most grains, leafy greens and squashes are ok.
THANK you for any ideas.

You must be a great detective to figure out what is bothering the baby. You may need to eat a very limited diet for a while. My kids had problems too. They usually outgrew it at nine months old. The foods that caused them problems they can eat now with no problem. The problem foods for my kids when I was breastfeeding were: all green vegetables, apples, milk, eggs, beans, nuts, peanuts, and several fruits.
Do you have allergies? Have you ever heard of the leaky gut syndrome? My theory is that a leaky gut in the mother causes colic in the baby.
How does your baby react to these foods? Does it give them colic and diarrhea or does it give them a rash or something else?

How old is the baby? I don't think a breastfeeding mom needs to supplement with foods. You are giving your baby some suprising things that can cause severe allergic reactions. Why would you feed a baby nuts? They can't possible chew them and they can cause life threatening reactions. Fish could have mercury in it. Eggs caused an almost deadly reaction when I was baby. Citrus sounds to harsh for a baby. You should speak to your Pediatrician and get feedback on what exactly you should feed your baby and when it's safe to introduce it to the baby's diet.

Your baby is not digesting food well because he/she lacks the necessary microflora to digest them properly. I used to have horrible food allergies. I found Body Ecology and it helped me immensely, plus it is great for breastfeeding moms, babies and children, they even have special reccomendations for them. It helps restore the friendly microflora to the body and helps build up immunities, as well as lowering inflammatory responses. Please, check this out, I promise you I do not represent this site in any way, they have just helped me so much. I started by reading the book and it changed my life.
